Common Questions

Three answers before you write

Yes, for every new design. A single piece is cut in the final material and fitted to the actual device or load before a run is scheduled. The approved sample is kept on the shelf so repeat orders match it without a fresh round of drawings.

Send the dimensions of the device or load, including any cover that stays on it, the quantity you have in mind, the delivery window and whether the run is one batch or several. With those details the reply can carry a bench slot and a material estimate.

Usually yes. Zips, edge binding, liners, straps and hardware can all be replaced at the bench. Send a few photographs with the message and we will assess whether a repair is worth doing before quoting the work.

AGVA SINGAPORE PTE LTD opens its March corporate order window for bulk canvas sleeve, organiser and travel case runs, planned on the bench and stitched in the Aljunied workshop.
